All convention messages are now managed in a new top level backend section that covers Events, Lobbies, Contests, Volunteer Roles, and Play to Win. Admins can also now see the full chats and add a message directly without leaving the backend.

Quick Guide

A new Messages section has been added to the main menu - be sure to give any required team members access rights if they’re not fully privileged already.

You can filter by message content, participant name (e.g. badge name), type (e.g. event chat), and date.

Clicking onto any message will take you to the full chat for that particular message, allowing admins to get the full context of any discussion and act accordingly. The message you clicked will be highlighted.

You can delete any message from the chat and admins can also interact directly by posting a message to the chat.
