Attendees can now register multiple badges to their own account, allowing them to switch between badges when accessing a convention. Users can also now request to link with another user’s badge to manage it for them.

When registering multiple badges, attendees can now choose between the usual step of providing an e-mail address so that the badge holder can manage their own badge or managing the badge themselves under their own account.

When a user has access to other attendee’s badges, such as a family member, they can switch between them using the main menu. Such badges appear with a blue link icon next to them to differentiate from an attendee’s own badge.

Furthermore, user’s can now request to link their account to another user’s badge. This allows family or friends that already have separate user accounts to manage another’s badge on their behalf.
To do so, user’s should go to the “Linked Badges” section on the main dashboard and follow the instructions. They must know the e-mail address of the badge holder they wish to send the request to and the recipient of the request must login to accept.
